The Board Chair plays an important role in leading the Board of Directors and the organization to achieve its vision and mission. Some Board Chairs have ascended to their role through a ladder process, but many have volunteered for the role with little experience, training, mentoring or orientation. This live virtual workshop will explore skills and best practices to help you to excel as a leader and as a Board Chair.
