Building Intergenerational Connection Via Storytelling

The functioning of intergenerational teams can get derailed when stereotypes prevail over genuine connection. Stereotypes put up barriers:

Veterans are resistant to change.

Boomers have no work/life balance.

Gen X are always cynical.

Millenials need too much praise.

Gen Z change jobs too often.

Storytelling can bring down these barriers and build authentic and life long connections between the generations.  Through sharing of her own journeys Priti will explore with the group the power of storytelling, the tools to express genuine curiosity about what drives other generations and the strategies to build strong intergenerational connections.

This workshop is an in-house workshop for CME.
